2. User Engagement
Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Contributions

3. Fees and Payment
Pricing
Upon purchasing, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, one-year license to use our estate planning software. This license allows you to create and make unlimited changes to your estate plan during the one-year period.
Your subscription will automatically renew at a rate of $49 per year unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but refunds for the current subscription period will not be provided.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Once the documents are delivered, we cannot verify whether they have been printed or used. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
4. Privacy and Data Security
Data Collection
We collect personal information necessary to complete the estate planning documents, including names, contact information, names and dates of birth of children, and names of beneficiaries. This information is used solely for the purpose of generating the requested documents.
Third-Party Services
